Cassandra joined us as a Customer Support Specialist in 2021. Prior to joining the team, she specialized in assisting people with emotional and mental challenges. Cassandra holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and a state insurance license in property/casualty. She is a wonderful and nurturing soul. She helps customers through whatever challenge they are facing and boy, when a claim happens, Cassandra extends that nurturing hand to be sure our customers are not alone.
